Welcome to the website of Neo Studio. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Services
Neo Studio provides a range of creative services, including:
- Brand Identity & Strategy
- Logo Design
- Website Development
- Social Media Content Creation
- SEO and Online Marketing
- Wireframes, Mockups, Prototypes
The specific scope of services provided to each client will be outlined in a separate agreement.
Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and other intellectual property created by Neo Studio for our clients remain the property of Neo Studio, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for the agreed-upon purpose.
Confidentiality
Neo Studio takes the confidentiality of our clients' information seriously. We will not disclose or misuse any confidential information provided to us during the course of our engagement, unless required by law or with the client's written consent.

Fees and Payments
Our fees for services are outlined in the proposal or contract provided to the client. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments will be subject to additional fees or interest charges. Most of our contracts are base on milestone payments
Termination
Either Neo Studio or the client may terminate the engagement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for any outstanding fees and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
Limitation of Liability
Neo Studio's liability for any damages or losses incurred by the client as a result of our services will be limited to the total amount paid by the client for those services. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services will be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
The Japan Commercial Arbitration Association is a reputable arbitration organization based in Japan that specializes in commercial disputes. By specifying this organization in your Terms and Conditions, you ensure that any unresolved conflicts between your studio and clients will be handled by a well-established and respected arbitration body within your local jurisdiction.
